All our rooms are comfortably furnished including bath tub or shower/WC, telephone, TV, radio alarm and hair dryer.

We offer 7 double rooms, 3 single rooms and 2 appartments for 2 persons 
- some of the double rooms are also possible as a triple room.

The sizes of our rooms:
single rooms from 14,50m2 to 18,50m2, double rooms from 24,50m2 to 34,00m2
appartments: from ca. 49,50m2 to 77,50m2

We are very grateful if you can abstain from smoking in your room.
Pets are not allowed. 

May we point out: If we will have fresh snow you will need snow chains for your car or an all wheel drive for our driveway. The road between Lech and Warth is closed during the winter season.
