Some general notes about our prices:

Our rates are per person per day, including accommodation, VAT, incl. daily cleaning except
Tuesday and incl. breakfast buffet. The exception are our prices for the appartments. Here the price for one day for two people including the final cleaning without breakfast is given.
New: all prices are available without guest tax of the municipality of Lech in the amount of Euro 3.80 per  per person/per day.
For short breaks we allow ourselves to charge high season prices all year round.
As of January 2023. Subject to change. The Austrian hotel contract terms and conditions apply. Our place of jurisdiction is Bludenz.

Worry-free booking - Travel protection:

In order to ensure that you do not suffer any financial disadvantages in the event of cancellation or early departure, but also for greater security during your holiday in Austria, we recommend that you conclude the Hoteltorno Plus (incl. helicopter recovery) or Premium (incl. helicopter recovery and accident package) with the European Travel Insurance Ltd.

Information on taking out insurance is available directly at the time of booking.

Cancellations:
The right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 18 (1) Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry AGBH 2006 :

You can cancel for free up to 3 months before arrival. 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70%, in case of cancellation within the last week before arrival and in case of early departure 100% of the travel price.

We look forward to your order and thank you for a deposit of € 180,- - per room - to fix the booking after prior written reservation. Please use our BIC+IBAN code for your international transfers!

We grant discounts for children by appointment.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed with us.

The rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

In case of fresh snow, you unfortunately need snow chains or a four-wheel drive vehicle for our access road. The road connection between Lech and Warth is mostly in winter.
