Our rates for Winter 2026/2027

Rate for our breakfast  à la carte Euro 19,50 per person
For short holidays we allow us to charge our high season rates.
Plus guest tax € 5,30 per person/per day. 

All our rates for the rooms are per person/per day incl. bed & breakfast but not the guest tax,
incl. daily cleaning except Tuesdays, only our rates for the appartments are for 2 persons/per day, no daily cleaning only incl. the final cleaning, no breakfast, and also not included is the guest tax. 
We do offer reductions for extra beds for children in the rooms of their parents on request. 

Pets are not allowed.
On the day of arrival the rooms are at your disposal from 3.00 pm, on the day of departure until 11.00 am. 
In case of late arrival or earlier departure we have to charge the room rate excluding the tax of the community. 

The prices listed here are based on calculations carried out in April 2026. However, actual developments of the key cost factors used in the calculation of these prices (e.g. energy costs, inflation etc.) cannot be estimated at present. For this reason, it is possible that the prices may need to be re-calculated in the event of corresponding increases. We therefore reserve the right to adjust the prices at a later date. In all cases, the price notified at this (later) date shall be payable.

We recommend the Holiday Austria Insurance, Europäische Reiseversicherung, in case of cancellation, breaking off or roadblock. 

May we point out: It we will have fresh snow you will need snow chains for your car or an all wheel drive for our driveway. The road between Lech and Warth is often closed during the winter season.
